Our refund policy
We want you to be happy with the products you buy from The Insiders. However, if you are not completely satisfied or want to make use of our guarantee provisions, we ask you to contact us directly.
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The item will be returned within 14 days
- The item is complete and undamaged
- The item has not been used
- The (factory) packaging is original, undamaged and not written on or covered by you
- The return shipment will be properly packaged so that items cannot be damaged during transport.
- Please clearly state the return address, which you received from our customer service, on the shipping box.
- The purchase invoice and, where applicable, photos of any damage or defects will be included.
- Return shipping costs are for The Insiders
- Product packaging must be returned securely packed and undamaged
